WHAT IS VIRTUAL INTERNSHIP?
According to Wikipedia, a virtual internship is a work experience program where the participant gains experience while working in a remote professional setting and is not physically present at the job location.
It can also be called Remote Internship, Online Internship, Tele-working, Telecommuting, it all means the same thing: it means you will be completing your internship without a commute and directly from your own laptop!

Who else, but for those who could never access an arena, be thrilled by the #VirtualReality presentation of such with options to mix and match merchandise / @WWEShop on a virtual merch stand. Save and change up favorite arrangements, lights, sound envmt for simulated best merch.

Caveats:
-Taxes/benefits have increased dramatically for companies to offer
-Blizzard would do well to relocate to a less expensive area

-Due to economic challenges last few years, most organizations have been very cautious about profit-sharing w/ staff. Not unique to games industry.
-Rampant unemployment & slow economic growth the last 10 years has emboldened companies to raise job requirements & pay less

-Now that the job market is improving, companies will struggle to retain or recruit if they don't improve compensation.
-Gaming studios are the last bastion of the Dot-Com boom. And now they must restructure to be profitable as competition has increased a LOT

1. List about 10-20 companies you intend to work with.

2. Research on how they recruit& what the requirements are.If it's online, through referrals or hard copy Cv submission, you should know.

2b. If you need to add new skills or certifications for this purpose, do it.
2c. If the process requires writing a test, reach out to people that has gone through it and seek guidance on what you should expect, give the test preparation your best, its like a final exam.
Even if you feel confident, still prepare very well. No bad in excelling well.
