Solicitor General Tushar Mehta appearing for @HRDMinistry and @cbseindia29 submitted that class X will have no exams whereas for Class XII there will be an option of a board exam at a later date. However for both X & XII, the marks obtained in past 3 exams will be assessed
The three judge bench had allowed the SG to file a notification putting the exam scheme into effect by today and also file a fresh affidavit detailing how will the assessment marks will be calculated & what impact could it have on competitive exams
