Alberta govt had pegged 2019-20 cost at $2.7M and the 2021-22 rate at $6.8M.
Bear with me; it's math — but even with a retroactive rebate for prior fiscals, the cost still seems higher than industry/prov estimated. All listed fiscals seem to have similar levy-cost ratio, and I don't think this is balanced out by farms weaning off carbon + 19-20 conditions

Rick White says cash flow is top of mind for canola farmers. He says the feds need to look at increasing the APP limit beyond the $400,000 maximum.
"We have been asking for this change for quite a few years now and now is the time to do it," he says.
