He went on to cite problems such as bureaucracy, corruption, and bank access that crypto and bitcoin can help solve.
This is a head of state championing crypto as "the solution". Many in the West downplay its significance. Prominent critics are calling to even outlaw these technologies. The potential benefit of them, though, are best seen outside the comforts of the developed world.
The list of countries where #bitcoin is not subject to capital gains and is therefore as good as legal tender is massive.

Die Demonstrationen dauern nun seit zwei Tagen.
Unter anderem werden solche Plakate verteilt, worin es heißt, dass Malesen ein Verteidigungsabkommen mit Russland fordern.
Demnach solle eine mögliche russische Intervention die Rebellen zurückschlagen und Bürgerkrieg beenden.

Moskau schickte dabei nicht reguläre Truppen, sondern meist "Berater" und Söldner.

1) 200 to 300 rebels attacked the capital #Bangui today (PK9, PK11, PK12 & Bimbo areas).
Govt, #Russian & #Rwandan troops repelled them. But the rebels remain in the hills & areas surroundings the capital.

Ob die 300 Männer zur Stabilisierung der Lage ausreichen, ist dabei absolut ungewiss.
Das Land ist doppelt so groß wie Deutschland.
Es wurden bereits Vermutungen angestellt, dass die 300 nur die Sicherung der Hauptstadt übernehmen werden.
