On va juste remettre les choses dans l'ordre :
- la Loi "s'applique" à tout ceux qui sont concernés dans le texte. C'est valable aussi pour la déclinaison décret !

Last weekend, I made a threat on the ongoing #SocialMedia shutdown in Uganda and some implications on the future of #internet & Uganda's #digital agenda.

The thread attracted a lot of engagement and questions. Tonight, I will share some final thoughts on the subject. (1)
Conceptually, social media sites are the largest on-boarding platforms for internet users in Uganda. Notably, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram & Snapchat attract the highest internet traffic- which drives demand for other platform services e.g Google and Zoom recently.
So- when we talk about an "open internet", we mean the FULL resources of the internet. Any encumberance on selected applications has ripple effects across the entire network thus jeorpadizing standardization of internet/data transmission which is essential for innovation & growth

The problem living in multilingual country like India is that, every region have it's blanket dimension, linguistically excluded from the rest of the country. A person living in one region of the country may never understand the geo local news, articles, poems & songs from
another region of the country due to linguistic difference. Any solution to a problem is at the mercy of that region's collective intellects segregated virtually by a language. Maybe in the near future, translations & comprehension will further 'soak' itself in
the information technology literally. The future of Accessible Design in IoT will be measured by visual comprehension beyond borders & measured by linguistic comprehension within borders, specially in the multilingual sub-continent like India.

It’s important not to be swayed by #FakeAccounts or waste your time arguing with them. Identifying #bots in a Twitter thread has become a strange version of the Turing test. Here is are the data points you need to ID a #bot.

The most common way to tell if an account is fake is to check out the profile. The most rudimentary #bots lack a photo, a link, or any bio. More sophisticated ones might use a photo stolen from the web, or an automatically generated account name.

Linkedin mentorship program. I don't see people replying to me. Forget replying, I don't know what to ask, no pre-filled template to begin with.. no fixed set of questionnaire. Initiating a "Dialog" between two strangers have some behavioral and communication boundaries.
