1. At the time of the #ChickenCoup, on the anniversary of the Battle of the Boyne in an area of Liverpool known for one or two rough pubs, a window was smashed at the side of a building that just so happened to have Angela Eagle's constituency office at the back of it.
2. I'm sure you all remember the claims that a brick (it wasn't) had been thrown through her window (it wasn't) by Corbyn supporters to threaten Eagle. In fact, the police later confirmed it was a bit of masonry, but never found out who did it.

THREAD: I don’t know who I’ll support for Leader yet (as I don’t know who is standing), although as @David__Osland said ‘I know who I’m not voting for!’

Things I’ll be looking for:

▶️Loyalty to members mandate: I won’t support anyone who was involved in the #ChickenCoup
▶️I want someone who was willing to serve in JCs team, there were enough vacancies after the 2nd Leadership/Coup.

▶️I want someone who didn’t spent any of their privileged time slagging off or name-calling our party or members publicly.
▶️ I want someone who acknowledges and values BAME communities are also our ‘heartlands’ and aren’t to be taken for granted.

They are not just an issue for BAME MPs, many are facing a similar ‘everyday’ issues but multiplied by structural and direct racism

After that election...
