There are, broadly speaking, 4 themes to the approach taken by the court:
Judges participating in the judicial roundtable noted the Court of Appeal’s decision in Re L (2000), which directed family courts that they must make every effort to maintain contact between children and both of their parents & a finding of domestic abuse is not a bar to contact.
Survivors of domestic abuse and their children will receive greater protections after the government today (25 June 2020) announced an overhaul of how the family courts deal with the horrific crime.

- More victims of domestic abuse given access to separate building entrances and waiting rooms as well as protective screens to shield them from their alleged abuser in court.

This isn’t a thread about whether parental alienation is coercive control or not. Alienation happens for reasons OTHER than coercive control (more of this later).
Parental alienation happens.
I personally know more mothers than fathers who have no contact with their children. I’m not saying this is an accurate reflection of society. All I’m saying is that,in my personal experience, I’m aware it happens to mothers more.
