Incidence (new cases per population per time) and R (measure of transmission) are both in problematic territory. Below see Hamilton Cty and 14 Cty region. Incidence highest since May, R remains >1 indicative of exponential spread. Increases all across region.
We also illustrate incidence by county according to @CDCgov thresholds. This measure multiples the daily incidence by 7 for a weekly incidence. See counties in region below. All now at least in yellow zone - where universal indoor masking is recommended. #MaskMandate

This allows physicians to identify those #COVID19 patients at greatest risk for dying, earlier in their course, at a time when they might gain the greatest benefit of plasma treatment.
We've been able to get this in front of @US_FDA and we got word @lindnerresearch now have approval for this plasma protocol to go statewide. Thank you to Ohio's medical innovators and to the FDA!

Santa took time out of his busy schedule this morning to deliver 100 pounds of coal to P&G’s executives for destroying the Boreal Forest in Canada — home of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer — to make Charmin toilet paper. What a waste!

Version 3 of the #CFBPlayoff rankings were released last night. What you expected? If youve followed along since early Oct you know the process. You werent surprised. For the rest of you, lets take a look & compare to what was projected using the same process used for 5 yrs.
First off, why does the committee use this process? Think about it. 14 busy guys make up this committee. They have roughly 60 hrs from when the last game ends on Sat to when they need to have this Top 25 created on Tues. If they evaluate only 30 teams to get that 25, how much
time is adequate to evaulate? 1 hr? Thats 30 hrs of evaluation. Half the time is gone & no one has slept. The process of getting a consensus out of 14 people hasnt even started. Thats why this process is kept so simple, & its why they have a defined predictable process.

We're being introduced to Reggie Zeno, the new #FortWorth city finance director. He comes most recently from #Cincinnati but before that he was with the city of New Orleans and the #NOLA school district. He's been here about 6 weeks and is excited to be here, he said.
He was apparently the finance director during Katrina, per city manager David Cooke. Mayor Price says she's a fan of his accent.
