The disparity between how they treat Cinder and how they treated Adam (Literal plot device for Yang & Blake) couldn't be more apparent. Being that this was his send off season, why not show us Adam's final journey to reach Blake instead of Cinder's?

I will never understand why Crwby chose Cinder to be the one they treated with respect. The story that Adam centered around was one of discrimination, meant to mirror our world's. It's something you can understand and with some people, even relate to regardless of his character.
Now when it comes to Cinder what do we have? She's JUST as bad if not worse than Adam, and unlike him she has nothing you can latch on or relate to. It's been 7 years and by Miles's own words the most we know is that she wants to be "God-LvL Badass" in terms of physical power.
Having this fight be so one-sided in Yang's favor does nothing but ruin the tension of the whole battle, & makes Blake the damsel in distress that needed to be saved by her superior. It's the opposite of what the "we are protecting each other" line and narrative was about. #RWBY
Their team up is unnecessary, it only makes Adam the underdog in the situation, not able to even get a hit in on either of them. This is not how a final battle with a villain is supposed to be. Absolutely tensionless, you hate to see it.
Now THIS is a great team up fight with a villain. Cinder has the clear advantage on both of the individually, but at the same time she isn't one-shotting them either. There's genuine tension. This is what the Adam versus Blake and Yang fight SHOULD have been. #Cinderfall #RWBY7
