A division of Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice Subramonium Prasad says that while wishful thinking is not a prohibited activity, but when it forms part of the grounds of a petition before the court, it amounts to an abuse of the process of the court.

The Commission will be headed by former #CJI #KGBalakrishnan and its members being Prof. Sushma Yadav (UGC member) and Ravinder Kumar Jain (Retd IAS). The government has set a time of two years for the Commission to submit its report.
