Interesting that @OECTAprez @HarveyBischof and @etfopresident considering legal challenges re #classsize. A charter challenge would call @fordnation to account around evidence used to make decisions, ensuring us that the best possible alternative has been considered. #onted
As @NDesRosiers so eloquently (and passionately) expresses, a Section 1 challenge of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms shifts the burden of proof to the government. It puts the public in a different position. This is worth a watch:
To me, this isn't about determining an "ideal" class size. Who knows what that is? To me, this is about forcing the @fordnation to come clean with the Ontario public around the evidence it is using and the decisions that it is making.
