On my first day as a senior resident, I was terrified that my interns would ask me a question that I didnāt know.
ā¦And they did.
So I said, āI donāt know, letās look it up.ā
And, (not surprisingly) they appreciated that.
Me, admitting my limitations & offering to help.

I have a weird combination of confidence + imposter syndrome.

1ā£Approachability (i.e. are people comfortable asking for help?)
2ā£Proximity (i.e. are you physically & mentally āthereā for your team?)
