I took inspiration from @thedefiedge sharing amazing content on #DeFi tools and decided to do the same for the NFT space. Therefore, below there's a collection of the best FREE tools in #NFT
🧵
1. GENERAL MARKET DATA

@DuneAnalytics - very helpful to see charts on #Ethereum NFT market, with charts showing daily, monthly volumes as well as active traders.
1. GENERAL MARKET DATA

Though, you might as well wanto to have a cross-chain view of how the NFT market is going, therefore I recommend using @cryptoslamio. Very useful feature is the comparison of NFT market on every chain, this helps having a big picture view of the market

1/ Thread on High Level Expert Committee for Prevention & Management of COVID 3rd wave chaired by #DeviShetty & nearly #allmale & clinician led committee with hardly any diverse expertise needed (covered in my earlier thread which fell on deaf ears @BSYBJP @mla_sudhakar);
2/ My view based on my training in medicine & #PublicHealth & what I have learned through several years of #CommunityEngagement & #PrimaryHealthCare in rural Karnataka #Chamarajanagar;
3/ While the original notification was all men, 2 women seem to have been added; the summary of the report is about 30 pages while the "detailed recommendations" are 60 pages; rather poor attempt at summarising IMO

This is my favourite modern public health experiment ever. After years of my life focusing only on this crappy #Aedes mosquito I could not be more happy to read this. But, hidden here amongst the incredible science is what it took to get this to work 1/5 theatlantic.com/science/archiv…
To make this successful, and when I say successful I mean wildly successful: 77% reduction of dengue in an urban setting! Urban is hard! They undertook some of the best #CommunityEngagement I have ever seen.2/5
They used 10,000 #volunteers to place containers full of mosquito eggs in people’s back yards. They had community meetings. They let people in to see the labs. They used Whatsapp engagement. Do you know what it takes to get everyone to agree to this? It’s amazing! 3/5

1/ #Vaccination #Adivasi #COVID thread; day begins with an orientation meeting to #Solega #Adivasi leadership on #vaccination at a hamlet; we address doubts and misconceptions; leaders criticise the stereotype of #Tribal Community as being hesitant and "running away";
2/ ask that officials & NGOs engage meaningfully and respectfully with their leadership at multiple levels; refuse the idea that they are ALL hesitant which often prevails among "others"; they explain what is the best way of engaging #Adivasi communities
3/ They offer to identify #COVID volunteers in each podu (hamlet); volunteers can be oriented in small groups & shall help with obtaining proper consent and participation of their elders;

#COVIDSecondWave care requires local #CommunityEngagement for it to be meaningful, respectful and dignified; at one of #chamarajanagar #solega #adivasi settlements yesterday was a humbling experience learning together with the people how to organise care in a culturally safe way
A remote forest settlement; sudden spurt of cases; testing hesitancy and immediate referral to far away #covidcare centres driving anxiety for testing and failing trust in ASHAs; #Panchayat president on location, NGOs, health workers, tribal welfare officers on site
Hours of respectful dialogue follows; various modalities discussed; an amazingly enthusiastic #Panchayat president convenes impromptu consultation at local tribal residential school; CEO and Zilla panchayat admin patiently listen to local proposals

Will we EVER learn about #PublicHealth?
3rd wave “expert” committee is nearly-ALL #Pediatricians (to keep Devi Shetty’s non-#evidence-based assertion on #children will be entirely affected), #AllMale #Manel, nearly-all #clinicians headed by #PrivateSector #Cardiologist
I request this committee members:
- Please QUESTION Devi Shetty’s credentials to lead this
- Please hold to account #Manel #AllMale membership
- Please include #RuralHealth #CommunityHealth #PublicHealth
- Expertise is NOT only CLINICAL; also social; include grounded voices
Unfortunately no time & bandwidth; but putting this out there
We need:
- campaign for a DIVERSE expert committee including #Citizen #CommunityEngagement #Dalit #Adivasi voices
- Devi Shetty’s position as Chair is NOT tenable; appoint a #PublicHealth expert in his place

Adapting streets to a "six-foot-city" is certainly a question of geometry & space, but also how to govern that space, how to develop capacity to deliver #humanscale networks.
3 principles explored in our latest commentary bit.ly/3h6bkWZ

Principle 1 for #humanscale streets: leverage #accessibility to meaningful destinations. Entire street networks that offer a range of mobility options need to be realized. bit.ly/3h6bkWZ Image
Principle 2 for #humanscale streets: Empower #local policy networks to nurture public and political support for improved accessibility at the human scale. #citizenscience #datadriven #CommunityEngagement

In the U.S. we have a "tough guy" attitude towards health that is seen in many outcomes across #populationhealth metrics. This false dichotomy between economy and health is not new. We have poor sick leave or parental leave. Healthcare a "benefit" of employment.
Not sure why my #MedTwitter peers are so shocked by the way the U.S. has responded to a preventable #publichealth crisis

Updates include incorporation of constituent feedback from our last meeting and discussions of equity councils, community schools, and teacher evaluation.
In addition, a commitment from our Secretary Designate to continue visiting districts across the state -- so far, 20+ and counting! We can’t wait to visit and see all the great things you’re doing in your districts, schools, and classrooms.

My 14-year-old son attends a boys' school in @LBofBexley school which has a large percentage of boys from a disadvantaged background and without many positive role models. So I approached the deputy head and asked to invite successful Black men who could be positive role models.
Those men were from various occupations to show the boys a range of careers out there. I chose year 9 boys because most of them were choosing their options and didn't know what to do. I invited a solicitor, a business analyst, a forex trader /2 times cancer survivor, magistrate.
I also invited an entrepreneur who had previously attended that school. These sessions took place over 6 month period during assembly. The feedback received: thank you so much for the programme of speakers you arranged to deliver presentations in our Year 9 assemblies this year.

1/Tweetorial! Exploring a novel conceptual model of the clinical Learning & Working Environment (LWE) #MedEd
Do you wonder what the Clinical LWE *is*? Given the energy we put into making the LWE better, why is this still such a confusing question?
So - can you define the LWE?
2/In July 2017 an @AAIMOnline collaborative was tasked to recommend strategies for LWE improvement. In early discussions we realized we had no shared mental model of the LWE w/ which to systematically approach improvement. 2yrs later we are publishing a conceptual model.
3/Let’s start w/ the model & then explain its development:The LWE is the nesting of personal, relational, curricular, & structural domains as traversed by multiple learners, centered on the needs of individual or populations of patients, & influenced by the sociocultural context
