On the phone calling hospital after hospital. They don’t respond/switched off, if they do they say NO BEDS/with oxygen/ICU. Was finally able to accommodate a critical patient after a lot of requesting. Trying since 9pm. So angry.Pathetic state of our healthcare!

@CMofKarnataka @BSYBJP : What was the government doing past 3 months ?

Why was the healthcare & infrastructure prepared during the lockdown period?

Why are people dying waiting for an ambulance?

Why didn’t you collaborate with private hospitals before the spike in our city?
Why the huge lag/delay in getting #COVID19 test results? 30k+ pending?

Why haven’t all private labs been ramped up? By Increasing people/more labs?

Why wasn’t rapid antigen method used?(supposed to be faster)

Whatever happened to 4Ts Testing, tracing, tracking & treatment ?

The doctors in the #COVID screening OPDs are also not given #PPEs. They are the 1st contacts of potential #Corona positives. @BBMPCOMM Anil Kumar avare, is there anything you can do to help the #COVIDWarriors in this hospital? #PPEshortage 2/n
A lab technician who turned out to be positive at this hospital was shifted to the doctor's hostel for 'apparent isolation.' Isn't the hospital management risking the spread of infection to other doctors? #COVID #PPEshortage #Isolation @iamgouthamkumar @BBMP_MAYOR 3/n

Around the end of March, the hospital was receiving 28 infected #COVID19 patients every day.
They had dry cough, fever, and difficulty breathing. Their blood oxygen levels were low. They were reporting loss of taste and smell.
They were not responding to antibiotics. Testing was still low and we didn't really know what was going on," said Dr Dosi
The state has now become a hotspot, with nearly 400 confirmed infections out of the more than 6,400 infections and nearly 200 deaths across the country so far.
By the second week of April, Dr Dosi and his team of 100 doctors and nearly an equal number of nursing staff working
