Good alternative dosa recipe with healthy ingredients instead of rice.

Ingredients

1) Steel-Cut Oats/Regular Oats : 2.5 Cups. (Or) Millet : 2.5 cups
2) Whole urad dhall : 1.0 cup
3) Venthayam (Fenugreek Seeds):1 Tablespoon
1.Soak the above 3 ingredients separately in water for about 10 hours.
2. Grind the urad shall and Venthayam together in the mixie and collect it in the vessel. (No need for Grinder)
3. Grind the oats or millets separately in Mixie.
(No need for Grinder)
4.Mix the grinded oats or Millet to the grinded urad dhal. Add Salt as needed.
5. Pre-heat the oven to 430 degrees.Once oven is preheated, cancel it.
(Colder regions. Otherwise, skip it)
6. Leave the container in oven and let it ferment for 8-10 hours.
