Bij gebrek aan informatie moest men bij #scholen uitgaan van een volledige begrenzing, ook wegens gevaar (zoals in de rest van de maatschappij) voor multiplicatie van het virus, dat het virus de pan uit rijst.
Men moest de incidentie dus laag houden en meticuleus controleren, maar dat kan men nu een beetje loslaten. Ouders, broers en zussen zijn immers beter beschermd door vaccinatie.

Dr. @ryseto updated his infographic after 3,177 cases were confirmed in Tokyo on July 28, saying "SoE declaration which can have some effect by just 'declaring" cannot be used over and over again," suggesting the declarations have not been enough.
Earlier on, he also used his infographic to show how #VoC (Variant of Concern) has been replacing the original strain of #COVID19 in #Asia. It shows a more strong measure is needed or otherwise we will be crushed by the 'apparent shift' in the equation.

#CoronavirusUpdate #Tokyo2020 2021/6/30🇯🇵Ruling party MP reveals one more positive case among the 80 passengers onboard the Qatar/JAL flight where two of the 🇺🇬#Uganda Olympic team members tested positive for #COVID19 upon arrival, with one of them contracting the #DeltaVariant.
According to MP Sato, it was also revealed that the 🇺🇬Ugandan team was NOT kept in the bubble but mixed with other passenger in their economy/business class seating arrangements. They even shared the restrooms. The information was revealed in an internal foreign affairs meeting.
From this revelation, it would appear that “safe & secure” Olympics is contingent on each national team’s (or its government’s) wealth to enable a ‘bubble’ arrangement onboard a commercial flight. Not every nation can afford that and particularly, low-income countries.

⚠BREAKING #CoronavirusUpdate #Tokyo2020 A member of the 🇺🇬Ugandan national team tests positive for #COVID19 after showing unclear results in the preliminary antigen test when they arrived to Narita. The rest of the members are already en route to their Olympic Village.
According to @asahi , @UgandaOlympics team member tested positive after inconclusive antigen test results. All 9 members were fully vaccinated with #AstraZeneca vaccine and took two PCR tests within 96 hours of departure. They all carried negative proof.

The team arrived in Narita with around 80 passengers onboard a Qatar Airlines flight at around 6PM on Saturday. After taking a preliminary antigen test, one of the members’s results were inconclusive and then tested positive in the 3rd PCR. Measures taken after that is unknown.

#CoronavirusUpdate 2021/6/7🇯🇵Tokyo has done it again. Government of Japan has decided to change the calculation for hospital usage so as to manipulate the resulting risk level assessment. Accordingly, with new calculation # of Stage 4 prefectures are reduced from 20→11.
According to #報道1930, the new calculation would affect the overall assessment of risk levels by lowering the definition of hospital capacity from “all positive AND other patients” to “all whom are committed to COVID beds”, thereby understating the actual hospital capacity. Image
In actuality the “COVID beds” are often near-full and the beds are extended to other beds to accommodate severe patients. The original calculation reflected this. Now the ground reality would be understated to create a false pretense of “less risk”. This has serious repercussions Image

䞀方、Ύデルタ型 #B16172 倉異株は #E484Q #L452R レセプタヌに倉異がみられる型であり、なぜかκカッパ型が #B16171 を指すようだが、このむンフォグラフィックを正しく読めおいるのならば、 これら2皮のレセプタヌに倉異がみられる型が3系統存圚する。
