Our public health colleagues have been doing a brilliant job with #covid19UK but we do not have the equivalent public mental health support. This is a thread of resources that have emerged so far.

Mental health is fundamental about social health and is not a DIY project.
Reducing distress and stress is a collective effort and does not just mean access to anxiety management resources (although this is also important). It means ensuring people have plans to know their jobs are protected, plans for managing c19 related debt or job loss....
Have access to adequate sick pay and that universal credit does not take the usual 5 weeks to kick in as well as that these payments are enough to support families.

Have access to food still if they relied on free school meals or community food share programmes.
