#AceMagashule #AcevsAnc #MagashulevsANC Advocate Mahlape Sello for Magashule is dealing with two outstanding matters of his submissions. She refers to 3 May 2021 minutes of the ANC's NWC which refers to stepping aside not being an indication of guilty or innocence.
Judge Sherise Weiner asks Sello if a "proper disciplinary procedure" was followed with regard to Magashule's suspension. Sello says she will later address the question of audi being invoked (that is: audi alteram partem, let the other side be heard as well, right of reply).
The problem with #CR17BankStatements is that senior members of opposition were recepient, paid & appear there & those known to be #NDZ (moles of #CR17) appear in the statements. There will be bloody chaos in the country if the information is released to the public.

Pravin Gordhan was good buddies with Jacob Zuma 2009-2012/13 at least. He didn't mind serving the man. Generally I question any grown adult that truly believed in JZ. But for PG as was with others, Zuma was also a convenient stepping stone to prime time politics...
In that time period 2009-2013 our public debt to GDP skyrocketed from 26.8% to 45.4% there about. PG was at the helm at Treasury and that's when the horse bolted. After that we were on a runaway train and Zuma et al's poor fiscal policies and discipline weren't being resisted
