Mr. Bernard NG'ETICH, who on 7th August, 2019 Raped & Seriously Assaulted a 25-Year-Old lady at Chebunyo in Bomet was last evening arrested following a man-hunt on him by both #DCI Detectives and Members of the Public. He's in lawful custody awaiting arraignment on Monday.
After committing the henious act, Ng'etich severally stabbed the victim on her private parts using a Somali Sword then fled. She was found by members of the public who took her to hospital. She's now in stable condition after treatment in three health centres.

#DCI Director Mr. George KINOTI with other Senior Investigations officers today met a Team from the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management @kismgt led by the chairman Eng. Chris Oanda. The meeting aimed to lay a legal Framework on future areas of Partnership and Collaboration.
Once this partnership is finalised,the officers from @kismgt will train #DCI officers to identify loopholes used by procurement personnel to steal public funds & in other instances to offer Experts opinion on cases under investigations-more so those involving procurement process.
Speaking at the meeting the #DCI Director emphasised the need for the collaboration as most Theft of government resources happens through the procurement process & once that is sealed, it will lead to a significant reduction in the misappropriation of Government funds.
Police Constable Samson MORONGO is in custody in connection with the MURDER of his colleague; Constable Stephen MKANGI whom he shot dead & later faked it on an attack by unknown killers. Forensic investigations by the #DCI have ruled that theory out & proved that it was Homicide.
The said incident took place on 27/7/2019 at Wilson Airport where the Two GSU officers were carrying out guard duties. After killing his colleague, PC Morongo went ahead to make a report that they had been attacked by unknown people-who killed his colleague & took their firearms.
Upon carrying out Forensic Analysis,#DCI Detectives were able to connect the officer to the murder-the suspect’s clothes were subjected to Gunshot Residue Test at the Government Chemist & it tested positive hence placing the suspect in very close proximity to the shooting scene.
Mr. Francis Muse LISECHE alias Moi alias President who was captured on a viral video savagely cutting a man on allegations of stealing a CHICKEN has been arrested by #DCI Detectives from the HQs.Three other suspects also arrested including the owner of the alleged stolen chicken.
The incident took place at #Shinyalu in Kakamega & the victim died from the brutal cutting. We urge members of the public NOT to take the law into their own hands. The FOUR suspects will be arraigned on Monday to face Murder charges. Further enquiries on the matter still ongoing.
The other three suspects are: 34-year-old Evans Lichoti Ashihundu, 43-year-old Agapitus Ingosi Ang’uswa and 48-year-old Reuben Smith Shitambasi. All in lawful custody helping in further investigations.
Corporal Daniel Arimba Rioba, @PoliceKE officer attached at #Kamukunji Police Station was yesterday arrested for demanding & receiving Ksh. 200,000 to secure the release of an employee of @KenyaTreasury whom they claimed was under investigations in #corruption related cases.
The said officer together with another who escaped, went further to arrest another businessman at the National Treasury Building on allegations of #forgery & demanded Ksh. 100,000 to secure his release. It was when they were waiting for the money that Corporal Rioba was arrested.

#SCPU Detectives Yesterday arrested FOUR suspects believed to be connected to a series of robberies within Nrb on people coming from Banks. Several items including Handcuffs, Police Appointment Certs and Pocket Phones recovered from a Toyota Axio they were driving. One Escaped.

#DCI Detectives from Parklands, acting on intelligence, today raided a godown-Heykal Packers & Distributors, situated within Atlantis Business Park in Embakasi and arrested one suspect. The suspect was found repacking sugar and rice to 1kg & 2kg Packets labeled Naivas & Economy.
The sugar that was being repackaged to Naivas & Economy Packets is from Kabras Sugar Company. Among the brands of rice being repackaged are: Red Rose, Mama Afric, Biriani rice,Thai Long & vietname rice. Godown seized as further tests are carried out by the Public Health officers.
@DCI_Kenya Detectives have commenced further investigations to establish whether some of the documents presented are authentic or not.
