Service at National Apt has been halted since ~6:11pm. Trains on both tracks are stopped due to a power problem. Trains may offload/reverse prior to their destination. #wmata
At appx 6:12 a power issue disrupted all electronic signals at National Apt. #wmata operators have been instructed to clamp switches at National Airport and Braddock Rd to begin regaining train movement through the area. Delays continue to mount.
@thetrainline any reason for this? Or any helpful info as to when/if the trains will be running again? #delays
