1. Like I tell you, genetics has a major role in the kind of skin and hair that you have. This is now greatly modified by environmental factors. So if you have good skin but you damage it by using all the wrong things, then you're the architect of your misfortune.
2. On the other hand, you may not exactly have great skin but you can make it better and healthy by doing all the right things. Eat well, avoid unhealthy stress, drink lots of water, exercise, rest.Then use a good moisturizer and a sunscreen with at least SPF 30. Not more than 50
3. Throw in some retinol cream at night. Then moisturize your skin liberally. And love the skin that u have. I assure u, your skin will be healthy. We look for trouble all by ourselves with the things we apply on the skin. You don't need antiseptics as a soap or in your bathwater
