2/mafia And there is lots of evedince that a bully/mafia gangster is encouraged by shows of weakness & pusillanimity, not satisfied/content. If the dictatorship's objective is to dominate Asia as 21st C version of Middle Kingdom, they will not be satisfied till it's achieved!
3/mafia reduce tariffs and controls on imports generally, raise tariffs (& NTBs) on goods whose export is monopolized by any country. There is no need to beat your chest about which country it will affect! (cc @PiyushGoyal @nsitharaman )
