这两天已经看到大家写的很多小作文了，思考了一下，把自己这些天在 #ETHDenver 和去年参加 #Devcon 的所见所闻所感也整理一下，供大家参考。

1、关于会场
同样都是ETH社区以开发者为主的会议，Devcon和ETHDenver两者的还是有些不同的：
1-1）相比较而言，Devcon的脉络更为清晰，各不同学习程度的开发者都可以在其中找到自己适合自身程度/感兴趣的话题，同时有利于整体建立一个较为完整的概念，特别是技术议题。

1-2）而ETHDenver则更加开放和多元，EF（以太坊基金会）的存在感几乎降到最低，更多是社区自发而形成的各类side event（zk day、walletcon、shelling point、DAODenver、Desci……），面向不同话题的各个stage，大规模的booth区，和大多数人第二天才找到的主会场主舞台……

2/ The #Aurora ecosystem witnessed astonishing growth in 2022. At the beginning of the year, a little over 10 dApps were building on Aurora, and only 2 regional communities were active. Currently, we count <200 dApps, & 13 regional communities, & 6 media groups 🔥

3/ Aurorascan 🚀

Aurora’s integration with Etherscan was one of the first major announcements of 2022. It allows users and developers to get access to dev tools and network stats with extended insights into Aurora’s EVM.

Shumo 从2018年开始关注零知识证明，2019年在 #Algorand 任Research Scientist（研究科学家），Algorand有业界最强密码学团队，创始人图灵奖得主、麻省理工学院教授Silvio Micali，也是零知识证明发明人。

不为人知的是，Algorand当时还有全同态加密的发明者Craig Gentry，大家在交流时都认为零知识证明是未来趋势。

离开Algorand，Shumo去了加州大学圣塔芭芭拉分校任助理教授，研究方向是零知识证明的编译器。

After arriving on October 5th alone, I spent the first couple of days adapting to the -7h timezone and altitude sickness - "soroche" - headaches, and a lack of oxygen due to the altitude at which Bogotá is located - a whopping 2,640m above sea level.

1/x Prior to #DevconVI, at #RollupDay, @VitalikButerin talked about “Hardening rollups with multi-proofs”. Here is a thread of brief summary.

2/x Nowadays, almost all #rollup protocols are still on “training wheels”, as proofs are either in development or can be easily overridden by simple governance.

3/x Even if we have proof systems ready say validity proof for zk-rollups, due to the complexity of the generated proofs, it’s quite tough to ensure there’s no bug in the proof. One example below, for a simple code snippet in #PSE zk-EVM impl, it has 34,469 lines of circuit code.
