1. הצד של חוויית עבודה - משותף לכל עובד בכל תחום. כולם רוצים להקל על העבודה. גם מפתחים ומהנדסי תוכנה.
במסגרת הזו יש את הדברים הבסיסיים לשיפור חוויית הפיתוח, לדוגמה:
אפשר לכתוב קוד בNotepad אבל מי רוצה לכתוב בלי צבעים הזחה והשלמה אוטומטית? זה מתכון לבאגים, כאב ראש ובזבוז זמן.

זה היה אמור להיות החלק שמובן לרוב המנהלים, שלחוויית הפיתוח יש השפעה ישירה על קצב הפיתוח, הפחתת הבאגים וקלות הטיפול בהם, ומשום מה זה עדיין לא מובן לכולם 😔

First off, we use AWS Organizations to manage our multi-account environment. Organizations has a feature called Security Control Policies (SCPs) which can limit max permissions for all accounts in your org. We use it to disable regions and services we don't use.
We use another service, Control Tower, to manage these rules and configure accounts when they're first created. Control Tower ensures that all our audit logs go to a central account and we can set up alerting for anomalous behavior. Each account also gets an initial budget.

🍰 Firstly, Jenkins X is the brainchild of @jstrachan of @CloudBees, who also built popular OSS such as @ApacheGroovy, Camel, etc, with enduring OSS communities around them. With that experience, James simply gets developers and what they want, need and care about.
Developers WANT to ship code fast.
Developers NEED to use best practices so everything doesn't fall over in a big fat heap.
Developers CARE ABOUT what they are building; the code, the quirks: (it makes one-size-fits-all tools hard to build).
