2/ This is almost as bad as the original facebook TOS. I actually READ everything before signing up & was stunned that failure to provide my FULL legal name could result in IMMEDIATE termination of my account.

3/ If Twitter cares about shielding under 18s from sensitive content, they should ask users to tick a box confirming they're over 18 but they don't want to know if you're over 18. They want to know HOW old you are to target ads.
Responding to my complaint, the Kansas Disciplinary Administrator just notified me that #KrisKobach admitted to unethical conduct & was referred to a diversion program. Kobach should have been disbarred. He was held in contempt of court. He's corrupt. scribd.com/document/43244…

#KrisKobach is running to be elected as a U.S. Senator representing Kansas. I hope the people of Kansas don't elect a man who has admitted to unethical conduct while he was Secretary of State. Why would you promote an admittedly unethical & incompetent official?
