The Meckel Integrative Neurobiology Discovery (MIND) lab will study brain-gut-microbiome signaling in the context of substance use disorder models. Happy to collaborate in other neuropsychiatric disease models!
Making the jump to being faculty straight out grad school (while technically an ABD student myself) is honestly kind of terrifying. This term will be a whirlwind of lecture prep, but I'm looking forward to the ride.
