This morning, judge noted that Lyons had no authority to toss her from committee, that he had to go through committee as required by MA GOP bylaws:
"Defendant Lyons knew there was a process; however, he did not avail himself of that process."
Case dismissed.

After receiving voluminous records of emails & correspondence between the p.i. & Lyons, Crowley has amended committee’s financial filings with state OCPF to indicate that party is on hook for the oppo-research probe.
Lyons has denied that he approved deal to probe Maura Healey’s sex life, but emails indicate otherwise. Emails also show that Lyons also had much correspondence with head of local Independent Expenditure PAC. This is the PAC that Lyons told the p.i. would pick up the tab.

This is @Massgop committee member Deb Dugan, age 73, a loyal member of the Kool Aid Kult run by @JimLyonsMA. The crackpot chairman of state party is counting on Deb to vote for him Jan. 31 for a new term to complete his ongoing destruction of the MA GOP.
One potential problem for Deb: To be on the committee, you have to actually live in the district you represent. State Rep. Paul Frost, another member, is questioning her residency in Watertown.
This week Frost, who is in the committee’s not-insane caucus, has sent Dugan two letters inquiring about her current legal domicile, and now he seems to have come up with some new evidence.

Surely you're jumping to conclusions here, @reppaulfrost. Just because Deb sold her house in Watertown & owns property in Plymouth does not mean that she is not still an "inhabitant" of the district, as bylaws require.

Meet Sleepy Tom Maloney, childhood chum of Jim “Jones” Lyons. Maloney had been expected to guzzle a big jar of Jim Jones’ Kool Aid Jan. 31 as state committeeman from suburban Norwood-Canton district.
But look, Maloney’s seat is now listed on @MassGOP website as “Vacant.”
