This coach. @kalegilmore didn't take on an easy job despite the boys' talent. 2022 self coached their way to a winning season their Freshman year, then COVID - no baseball their sophmore year, their Junior year tryout was horrible they were all out of shape.

In his 1st year as head coach, Kale had an almost impossible choice. Parents were uptight & vocal, worried about the boys' futures. The kids were not a unit, they barely knew each other
@Scotty_G6 @CHSAA @BHSEaglesBsbl @kalegilmore (3) Should he choose them? As freshman they called a 2022 Title win, they knew they were good enough. But they were factions then not a 'team'. Should he field the best for ever position and cut some seniors? He CHOSE them. Every senior made the team.
