League 1 outfit Exeter City were highly requested

Therefore, here are 5 players they could look at based on YOUR suggestions

Comment your team + 5 positions below! 👇 Image
GK: Luke Southwood

Available on a free following his release from Reading, Southwood will be one of the most sought after keepers in League 1

He played every game for Cheltenham, and I feel a step up to Exeter could be one he handles well. Location works well too Image
RWB: Oscar Rutherford

This is a really rogue one, but teenager Rutherford had a breakthrough season for Eastleigh, playing both at RW and RB

This leads me to believe he is perfect for the RWB role. He’s got plenty of room to grow, is well placed geographically; shrewd move Image

Back in early September, I put out a team-by-team prediction for L2 thanks to @WeLoveBettingUK.

Roughly 17/18 games into the season, let’s see how good, and bad, my predictions are doing 😬

I’ll go from bottom to top of the actual table.
#EFL @d3d4football
24: Southend United (Predicted 24th)
#Blues have had it very tough so far. An embargo limited who could come in as they took 2 points from 11 games.

Recent form though is strong, and it’s taken them from well adrift to 1 point from safety. Not writing them off anymore...
#EFL
23: Stevenage (Predicted 21st)
I don’t think I’m too far off here. 21st is just 1 point away at the minute.

Have much more faith in this #StevenageFC team than I ever did last year and whilst they lack experience up front, defensively they’ve improved significantly overall.

All of Devon placed in Tier 2 - what it means - I've put in messages to all the MPs to see what their reaction is and whether they'll be voting for the measures

devonlive.com/news/devon-new…
Why Devon is in Tier 2 - Case rates are 121/100,000 overall though there are higher rates in Plymouth, Torbay and Exeter. The case rate in the over 60s is 85/100,000 though significantly higher in Exeter (155.9/100,000). Positivity is 4.2%. There is pressure at the RDE Hospital.
Response from @garystreeterSWD - "I see that only the Isle of Wight, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly are in tier 1 so we must accept tier 2 for Devon and Plymouth. Our rates are continuing to fall and there will be a review before Christmas and I will continue to push...

After conceding with 90 seconds, it could have a tough afternoon for #ecfc, but in the end, they will be disappointed not to have got the three points. Were much the better side for the rest of the first half and missed enough chances to be out of sight
Salford bounced back well and perhaps just about did enough with the second half performance to deserve a point. Bowman, Jay, and Randall were excellent going forward, although the final cutting edge of taking the chances they created was, as has been through pre-season, lacking
At the back, Will Dean was excellent and Josh Key had another really good game, while Lewis Page offers a lot going forward. Felt that Atangana was a bit off the pace and struggled as the game went on, but hard to pick out any City player who didn't have a good game

So another season in League Two it is then - can't say #ecfc deserved anything less than that after another disappointing Wembley performance. Never got into the game and didn't deal with the predictable threat that Northampton posed
City had one shot on target and I can't remember what it was, and for all the possession, never looked like actually scoring, while at the other end, Northampton did. They are based around set pieces and City just didn't cope with them all night
Unlike previous play-off defeats, this feels worse as I think City are a better team than Northampton, but the performance was just so disappointing. Need to regroup and go again but that squad should be good enough to go up, but we've said that before and they haven't
