🇷🇺🌏⚡️ During a meeting at the ASEAN headquarters on January 27th, the EEC Minister for Integration and Macroeconomics Sergey Glazyev and ASEAN Secretary General Kao Kimhorn discussed the prospects for developing interaction between the EEC and ASEAN.

Glazyev stated that the dialogue between the EAEU and ASEAN is mainly focused on sharing experiences on deepening integration, improving the efficiency of associations, and approaches to strategic planning.

Kimhorn identified energy, food, tourism and digitalization as priority areas for ASEAN cooperation with the EAEU countries. The meeting participants also discussed plans for the current year, including holding a joint seminar on digital transformation in the EAEU and ASEAN.
