Nationally Only 33% of Care Home staff have had booster vaccine. Most homes visited once resident uptake good.This is what we have been doing at Manor Care Home Old Windsor @GreensleevesHT

Second support for staff to understand why Booster important. Care home manager supporting individual conversations. Really poor uptake of staff for first visit so planned a 2nd visit. Messages to staff from manager and letter from @NHSEnglandCHS #EHCH Carehome clinical lead(me)

As a concept SMRs are a positive initiative, polypharmacy should be addressed.
The draft assumes that the SMRs will be delivered in principle by Clinical Pharmacists. Funding for the post is available via PCN monies therefore, should not impact GP workload.
