OK Kids. Delay of ELD is still being fought for by @RepBrianBabin. The article creating the confusion addresses only half of the story ....
.@RepBrianBabin introduced two amendments to approps for a 1 year delay on ELDs. They both did same thing. Only one was withdrawn.
That means that the comprehensive Amendment #35 is still in play for the THUD approps bill. Call and support it .amendments-rules.house.gov/amendments/BAB…
