Only the electors who won on November 3 are acting under authority of Article II of the Constitution. The fake Republican electors today are "falsely assum[ing] or pretend[ing]" to be electors. That's unlawful. #ElectoralCollegeVote #RuleOfLaw #ElectoralCollege
