How are people expected to survive, let alone live? How can your average low income person/household afford this at all when I'm worrying myself, as a medium income person? If other countries can cap it at 4%, then why can't the UK? 2/5
Having been on a low income before, for many years, I know for many people/households, there's nothing left to cut back on. If this was 15 years ago, I'd be starving myself to feed my kid, getting a 2nd or even 3rd job or getting into more debt - probably all three 3/5
