2/as I took this pic of us painting new fresh art over tired&worn gimmicks of an #artmarket "commodity" we were forwarding the human #aesthetic at the request of building's owner, but simultaneously &unintentionally we were devaluing stock portfolios! Hence #GANGSTALKERS began.. 
3/...to assemble around me in a threatening manner just after #artgallery owner #TonyTaglianetti shouted "it's not up to the building's owner what they have on their walls" and then made a call from across the street..

Neuroimaging studies show a fascinating connection between Envy & Schadenfreude. Envy registers as activation in some of the limbic & cortical regions linked to pain perception.Whereas happiness at the misery of the person one is envious towards triggers the dopaminergic pathways
Studies show [Hidehiko Takahashi, Motoichiro Kato et al] that higher the activation of #Envy circuits in a person, the higher is the dopaminergic activity when the person one is envious of is "punished" or suffers misery, i.e., #Schadenfreude
If someone feels lack in their own life, then someone else's success may be felt as if it's something taken away or now unavailable to them. That the 'pie' is small & not enough for everyone to have a slice or as much as they wanted. This can leave them feeling envious.
The response can be to feel envious of THEIR perception of the other person's success or what they think they have. Envious attacks towards others can be subtle, in the form of questioning their choices or what they are doing. This is to destroy, attack or diminish their efforts.
If that is destroyed then the other doesnt 'have' that success. In the same way as saying 'if I can't have it neither can they'. An envious attack happens as a reaction & we can be on the receiving end of one in a split second & feel attacked, thinking we've done something wrong.

I started playing #guitar in college. Some of my friends back home played, so I thought I'd learn. It's been years since I kept up with it. With no job and an empty house, I had time. Plus, I could crank up my amp. Ava would have hated it. All the more reason to do it.

Strumming a few chords or playing a riff through a loud amp usually makes me feel better. It's more of a distraction this time. My amp is a little old. Even a #ragpicker might pass on it. "If you're not going to play it, sell it," Ava nagged. Life always got in the way.

Or I got in the way. Not even ten years ago I kept getting sick all the time. Painful stomach cramps would radiate weakness throughout my body. I learned how to wash it away like healing #rainwater. That's when I really started to figure out who I was and what I could do.
