Later today, @bbcwm are holding their hustings for the #Erdington by-election. But Dave Nellist hasn't been invited.

Despite @TUSCoalition holding the biggest election launch of any candidate and generating lots of enthusiasm locally, we've been shut out out this debate.

This is hardly an evidence-based approach. While Dave’s campaign has put out three leaflets across the constituency and attracted hundreds of volunteers, these candidates’ campaigns have been extremely low key.

Just announced - leading trade unionist Ian Hodson will be speaking at our pre-election rally tomorrow night!

Ian is president of the Baker’s Food and Allied Workers Union, which last September voted to break ties with the Labour Party due to it no longer representing the interests of ordinary workers, including those working in the food industry.

An incredible turnout for the final Saturday and Sunday before the by-election, with over 150 volunteers in #Erdington, Kingstanding, Castle Vale and Perry Common over the weekend to let people know they can vote for a working class, socialist alternative on Thursday.
