For almost 2 yrs, the US & EU desperately tried to downplay & whitewash TPLF’s high crimes of War of Insurrection with all its security & humanitarian ramifications in Ethiopia & the wider region. The ploy invariably included unwarranted accusations & scapegoating of #Eritrea
EU External Service issued a deplorable statement on Oct 6,2022 accusing #Eritrea, among other things, of “playing a destructive role in the Tigray conflict”& on Oct 12, the US, Australia, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, UK & Canada issued a Joint Statement along the same lines.
