जब तक सांस तब तक आस, they say in Hindi.

Roughly translating to "till there's life, there's hope". In my life, I've thought of it more like, "till there's work, there's hope." (1/6)
Because in our paths, disappointments will be plenty - Investors who don't understand the vision, employees who don't share your drive, friends who think you've very high expectations, customers who aren't ready yet - none of this your fault, but all of it inevitable. (2/6)
To be a successful entrepreneur, to build something that doesn't exist yet, you need to accept (even expect) finite disappointment without ever losing infinite hope.

Here are some ways to do it. (3/6)

Piecing it all Together: What if this election fraud campaign, done in several states, is nothing more than a college exam scam on steroids? What if we have the entire crime’s evidence already in hand? @RudyGiuliani @SidneyPowell1 @LLinWood @dbongino @MariaBartiromo @tracybeanz
First, let’s ask some simple common sense questions. If this wasn’t Trump, and was Hillary running for re-election against a GOP challenger, with her having a lead in ALL battleground states, would the count have stopped? 🤔
Then there’s a lot of other facts LEADING UP to 2020 election, occurrences AFTER counting stopped & BEFORE GOP witnesses returned the next day, none of which passes the smell test.

@warikoo was on #BehenCode last week to talk about ‘WINNING WITH #FAILURES’ 💪🏻

Here’s a thread on what I learnt from him. :)

On WHY he agreed to be on BehenCode-
I actively engaged with his content, always. So he knew of me even before he knew about me. :)
Watch this video of How to Network-

The first time he had surplus money was when he earned his stipend in USD. He still is not risk-averse 😌🙌🏻

John Maynard #Keynes was born on June 5, 1883, and died too early. Here's a few thoughts on why I keep circling back to him, & why his work forces 2 rethink the way we do & teach #economics, esp. #micro. I am sure this (partial) thread will upset someone: apologies in advance. 1/
#Keynes understood that #macroeconomics is about emergent properties: aggregate outcomes that don't make sense 2 the individuals populating the economy. The logic, e.g., of the #IncomeExpenditure model is that an economy can coordinate along any point on the 45-degree line.. 2/
and that, accordingly, we should expect economies to operate with slack. Then you have the #ParadoxofThrift and all that. He also talked about the #ParadoxofCosts when he discusses redistribution to lower income people who have higher propensity to consume... 3/

To add, I as a US-based researcher w/ #ScienceOutreach experience going into UK #SciComm & #PubEng, it struck me how INTEGRATED #reflectivelearning is to their work culture.

ie, integrating failure-learnings are incentivized

I’m in awe of @LouWoodley for bringing that to @aaas
I cannot stress enough how important Institutional Incentivisation is for not just acknowledging #Failures in #STEM, but also in truly integrating learnings into DAILY practice.

Independent orgs like @GuerillaScience @AcademicStandUp , the incentive is sustainable business.
But what about #Academia? Or individual #scientists #academics #SciComm practitioners where the pressure to produce, publish, & keep grinding...

What are the specific barriers to a regular #reflectivepractice?

And how can your institution/community alleviate it?
