From a structural engineer & obvious perspective— residential fence specs are typ 4-6’ high. They’re made of wood, PVC or steel composite. I live in a suburb & have a fence. Last week, a coyote climbed over it. My dog went nuts! worse than the raccoons & rabbits that breached it.
A few mos ago, a bear crashed through our fence & 2 adjacent neighbor’s fences. Our home surveillance cameras caught it. I respectfully agreed with my neighbors—we all chipped in to get the fences fixed since we share borders. No eminent domain or political power grabs involved.
