Par le concept de racisme antiblanc, l'extrême-droite cherche à relativiser les phénomènes historiques racistes et antisémites singuliers. Comme si tout phénomène avait dans l'histoire et dans le présent son phénomène miroir.
C'est une manipulation qui a pour but de nier la genèse particulière et la permanence de préjugés racistes ainsi que les #discriminations contemporaines multiples qui en découlent.

Still processing the powerful discussion we had today in our #MA @ARUSociology session on #DecolonisingtheUniversity. A student shared her experiences of growing up in apartheid South Africa & feeling validated & 'seen' by the reading material. Became emotional as she talked
about how #apartheid affected her secondary & higher education in South Africa. Another shared his experiences of racism & racial abuse at his place of work in London, and how he'd envisioned a different kind of life in the UK when he migrated from Nigeria three years

In 1964, at 18 yrs old, Josina Machel fled the country with the aim of joining the FRELIMO resistance movement in Tanzania, but was arrested and returned to Mozambique. She was imprisoned for five months.
