Eating fewer carbs leads to faster weight loss.

When people consume fewer carbs their body begins to burn excess fats as an energy source instead of glucose.

A diet that filled with processed carbs causes our bodies to use glucose as an energy source.

[1]
The sugar your body usually burns is glucose, which is produced from carbs (bread, processed sugar, pasta, potatoes, juices, soda, and sugary drinks) you drink or eat.

Any extra glucose is either stored in your liver or muscles as glycogen or converted to fat.

1. Increase your protein intake.

Eating more protein keeps you fuller for longer.

Lean proteins you can add to your diet: white-fleshed fish, beans, peas, lentils, chicken or turkey breast & cottage cheese.

[1]
2. Exercise indoors as much as you can. There are plenty of exercises you can do indoors this winter. As it gets colder all you will need is drop the blankets a bit & exercise for about 30 minutes, three times a week

Try to also move out your Am session to PMs if you can

I’ve been intermittent fasting since then,I only eat after 12 and I don’t eat after 6pm.
I try to drink 2l of water every day.

The average adult consumes 17 teaspoons of processed sugar a day which translate to 80kg consumed in a year.

The main culprit is fizzy drinks. The sugar in one 350ml soda is as much as in 1 orange + 16 strawberries + 2 plums.

[1]
The American Heart Association recommends 9 teaspoons of added spoons for men daily and World Health Organisation says only 5% of daily calories may come from processed sugar to avoid lifestyle diseases.

I still believe this is too much...

1. Lose Belly Fat.

Eating the right foods will cause you to burn fat everywhere in your body; however, the most visible part will be the belly fat. Not eating processed sugar will also help you lower your body % fat.

2.Improved Energy.

Contrary to popular belief the energy we get from sugar is short-lived. This is the reason many people need more ‘shots’ of sugar in their system on a consistent basis during the day. People's energy levels go through rollercoaster stages during the day.
