Apabila menyebut Pulau Pinang, terbayang sewaktu remaja bersama rombongan Cik Kiah ke pesta Pulau Pinang, bekal wang beberapa belas ringgit sudah memadai. Itu semua sudah di telan zaman. Pulau Pinang pantas berkembang sebagai pusat industri dan wajar menjadi negeri maju.

Di mana silap parti Melayu Umno yang pada ketika itu mempunyai majoriti menyerahkan pemerintahan kepada Gerakan (Gerakan meninggalkan BN juga). Sejak itu negeri Tanjung ini tidak lagi di tadbir kerajaan Melayu.

Era pemerintahan dap, negeri ini melakukan penambakan laut, compact kan perkampungan Melayu di gantikan rumah kotak merpati. Gedung dan perumahan mewah di wujudkan sebagai helah menolak Melayu ke seberang Perai, Butterworth, Juru, Bukit Mertajam dan sekitarnya.

I also went to a pharmacy in Lagos, where I found people buying five, six sachets of chloroquine at once.

1 - It’s important to stay active. You might only walk to the bus stop or train station but even this can make a difference. Walk, jog, cycle. You can even do all 3. Once in the morning, at lunchtime and when you finish.
2 - Take regular breaks. Build these into a daily schedule. Working from home can become monotonous so step away from the laptop and make a cup of tea or coffee. Text a friend. Do some reading. Just don’t get too distracted and get back to work according to your schedule.

Children might find it difficult to understand what they are seeing online or on TV – or hearing from other people – so they can be particularly vulnerable to feelings of anxiety, stress and sadness.
I just tested positive to the corona virus. I’m too weak to even feel sorry for myself, but I intend to share my symptoms to allow people quickly identify and self-isolate immediately, to avoid infecting others.

10th: I woke up on 10th with an uncomfortable throat. I felt like I had a film in my throat, but it wasn’t saw. Diarrhoea again. Also I felt bloated.Also, I felt dizzy while in the car; but this is normal, so it didn’t bother me.
