BODY CAM PHOTO: When Deputy Brown found #SuzanneMorphew bike on May 10, 2020. He observed there was no damage to the rim or spokes, which he expected to see if the brake had locked and the weight from a rider would have been going head first over the edge.
I am inside the courtroom for #BarryMorphew preliminary hearing ruling that will begin at 1:30 p.m. His family and attorneys have been seated. His daughters are sitting on the second row and his sisters/mom are on the third row. The judge has not entered yet. @FOX21News
There is more Security today than the previous 4-day preliminary hearing. It is taking people a lot longer to get into the Chaffee County Courthouse. There are about 8 seats available for the public.
#BarryMorphew is now entering the courtroom. He is wearing a light grey suit and cowboy boots again. He walked in with a folder with papers. He is wearing a blue medical mask.

He worked in the Denver Office since Sept. 1996. He has terrorism matter experience as well as violent crime matters until his retirement two weeks ago.
Agent Grusing has worked a lot of no-body homicide cases. The Chaffee County Sheriff's Office asked him to interview #BarryMorphew because of his behavioral analyst experience.
Agent Harris mentioned that Sheila told him in 2018, Barry allegedly pushed Suzanne into a closet and put a gun to his head and asked her if this is what she wanted.
Text messages reveal that Suzanne wanted to wait until Macy was on her own, out of the house to separate.
These are text messages from September of 2019. Suzanne was texting Sheila about divorce and didn't think Barry would take the high road.
UPDATE: The Chaffee County Court will be live streaming the proceedings for #BarryMorphew preliminary hearing next week from the main hall of the Chaffee County Fairgrounds. This will allow approximately 40-50 additional seats to the 24 seats in the court room. #FindSuzanne
The live stream will be accessible to immediate members of the Morphew/Moorman families. The public will not have access to the livestream.
Masks and social distancing of at least three feet will be required at the Chaffee County Fairground as well as at the courtroom. 7 seats inside the courtroom will be reserved for the media. Public seating is first come, first serve basis. LIVE TWEETING WILL BE ALLOWED!
