... The 2021 PHC instruments identified and coded sub-ethnic groups of major ethnic groups except the Ewe ethnic group which has no sub-ethnic codings in the enumeration instruments. They failed to account for sub-ethnic groups such as Anlo, Tongu, Vedome, Adaklu, Avenor, & Dakpa
... This renders the Population and Housing Census (PHC) instruments unfit and unacceptable for the 2021 census as it failed to accurately account for ethnic diversity as a national data collection instruments. There are various Ewe sub-ethnic groups that must be captured.

Instead he went and cut sod for a Medical Center at the University of Ghana, Legon. Fair enough because as the Nationās premier university, they needed such a medical facility enhance their health, academic and research purposes.
