Vermont is great. I get to see my rep @PeterWelch at the dump quite often. Today we discussed migrant children crisis over the recycling. Welch reminded me unless we #flipthehouse we can’t pass @senmerkley S3084 or @dwstweets and @repbass bills on investigating detention centers
Welch listened to my Pediatric ICU experience on how we carefully weighed each child and double checked drug calculations with a 2nd RN before administration of meds to babies/kids. And that we had a detailed medical history, allergies, conditions and monitored for side effects.
Welch visited the detention centers in Texas with his friend @SenMerkley and was also forbidden was access. This horror will continue unless we keep yelling about it and making it impossible for members to continue on in peace. Are your senators cosponsors of S 3084 and S 2849?
