In the @GenFlynn case, the prosecution and defense both agree that the case should be dropped. Because there is no longer any controversy between the parties to be resolved, there is no longer any case properly before the judge.
His only job is to enter an order vacating the guilty plea and dismissing the case with prejudice.
There was never a basis to investigate @GenFlynn, exculpatory documents were withheld by @EricHolder’s law firm who represented Flynn, FBI broke protocol, FBI admitted he didn’t lie, FBI set him up, FBI threatened his son. This = BULLSHIT @sidneypowell1 #Flynndication #ObamaGate
I can see it now... Judge Sullivan will allow Harvard liberal hack “legal experts” (like Lawrence Tribe, etc.) who have twisted and deformed the Constitution to fit their agenda, to submit amicus briefs. They have no tether to the rule of law. This is the epitome of INSANITY.
I think some amicus briefs will also include the names of @GenFlynn’s numerous unmaskers in the @barackObama intel community (@AmbassadorRice, @SamanthaJPower, et al) who then leaked to their boot-licking media whores (@mkraju and @adamentous, et al)
