ANNOYING COUGH

There are people with annoying cough or phlegm which is stuck in the throat.

Sometimes they lose their voices.

These symptoms never clear despite them being prescribed antibiotics or steroids.

Let me tell you what it is:

NB: the cough is not associated with any chest symptoms therefore it is not related to any respiratory illness.

This is a symptom of GASTRIC JUICE REFLUX.

It is a symptom of an inflamed stomach or gastritis.

A symptom of low stomach acid (Hypochlorhydria).

When stomach acid is low, the gastroesophageal valve fails to close.

This leads to the pouring back of gastric acid to the oesophagus & throat.

What usually pours back is weak acid.

Real stomach acid is 1 - 3 on the PH scale. - and can melt a razor blade.

CONSTIPATION is failure to empty bowel after 72 hours.

- No veggies,

- Improve salt intake. Sodium promotes gut motility.

- Eat sauerkraut.

- Squat when pooping. No toilet seat.

Water & pawpaw is a fallacy. The gut is not a slimy & horizontal hollow tube.

NO VEGGIES.

Why?

Because veggies are fibrous. They will worsen the bulking at the lower gut.

Fibres are not digested by the gut but by bacteria. If you overwhelm them with fibre, the constipation will worsen.

You don't add more vehicles in a traffic jam.

SALT,

Improve salt intake because the sodium-potassium pump needs to work.

Gut motility relies on this pump.

If the pump fails, the lower gut stops being peristaltic and the constipation will worsen.

Your STOMACH ACID is strongly acidic.

Do not neutralize it.

Its normal PH is 1 - 3. Keep it there.

- it kills harmful bacterias

- digests foods eg proteins

- closes the oesophageal valve to prevent acid reflux

- keeps H. Pylori in check.

Avoid antacids.

If you neutralize your stomach acid,

- H. Pylori and other bacterias rises up to eat your stomach lining leading to gastritis & ulcers.

- You won't digest food leading to indigestion & bloating.

- Oesophageal valve won't close therefore stomach juice will regurgitate back.
The mistake people make is that when stomach juice regurgitates back, they swallow antacid thinking it will help.

By the way, stomach acid is strong that if it regurgitates back to the oesophagus, it will burn you to death.

The reflux is just weak acid & some digestive juice.

What you need:

- Fresh cabbage.

- Cucumber

- Carrots

- Coconut 🥥

- Salt

- Chop cabbages, carrots and cucumbers into small ring-like pieces.

- Put in a blender and blend for a minute.

- Scoop the white part of the coconut and add into the blender,

- add coconut water into the mixture,

- add salt

- blend for 2 - 3 minutes
