To begin, Mich. prosecutors charged *James* with multiple felonies. So at 21 he had to stand trial and face decades in prison. If the gov't can get a plea or conviction, most constitutional claims against police die. Thankfully, a jury acquitted James (and he refused to plea). 3/

I wrote a story today sitting at a picnic table beneath a large tree in a garden on the side of SCOTUS. Not bad.
It just occurred to me that this moment was quintessential America. I am a member of a press that is still free, sitting next to a courthouse, writing about the Fourth Amendment. The job is tough but this is why I love it. Warts and all.
Lucas County Children Services has been covering up child sex trafficking. This video demonstrates the abuse of power of the county. They treat me as a criminal ever since the sex trafficking of my daughter started.

The behavior demonstrated by county children services and Deputy Van Dyke is to prevent me from attending my case review to ensure the safety of my daughter. The whole county, state, fbi are all complicit in covering up child sex trafficking of children in foster care.
The fact that Lucas County Children Services has no transparency, no accountability of putting children in states care at risk of human trafficking. To my knowledge my daughter is in grave danger in the foster care system. @senrobportman @JohnKasich @Jim_Jordan @WSJ
