【Layers 1 and 2】
2/ From 2020 to 2022 we saw an explosion of layer-1s - many with high FDV and low adoption. As we dive deeper in 2023, the shakeout will continue and out of that comes the continued deflation of these layer-1s.

1. Como siempre en las convocatorias gestionadas por la agencia, cada comisión está formada por el presidente del área y los coordinadores de las subáreas. La crème de la crème de la ciencia nacional.
2. Además participan unos 20 evaluadores elegidos ad hoc. Cada uno de ellos evaluará unos 20 y pico proyectos y hace un informe. Cada proyecto lo ven dos de estos panelistas generalistas, que como ven muchos proyectos pueden hacerse una idea global y hacer un ránking.
