1. One challenge remote workers in Nigeria face is limited access to a reliable internet connection.
The internet infrastructure in Nigeria is not as well developed as in some other countries, which can make it difficult for remote workers to stay connected and productive. 🙃
I nearly missed an assessment two days ago due to MTN's poor network coverage. 😑😒
Just last night, I was having an interview with a prospective employer on Microsoft teams, and I didn't even hear a quarter of what they said. I was only using my gut to flow with them.

As a freelance video editor, one of the most helpful things I've done in the past year is define my process.

Most projects go through the same steps. Here are mine 👇

Step 1: Conversation
• Chat about the project
• I take lots of notes and ask questions about their passion for the topic, big wins, etc

(I need to add: schedule the next follow-up call before hanging up)
Step 2: Recap
• I send an email after the meeting thanking them for the call
• I recap what I heard on my end
• I offer a potential solution, if applicable
